TRAINING

Training that starts from your game

Technique and tactics are not treated as separate subjects: we work on the shot, but also on when to use it, where to position yourself and how to build the point.

Private lesson

Focused work on technique, movement, positioning and decisions, with a session built entirely around the individual player.

Pair training

To improve coordination, space coverage, communication, transitions and patterns that can actually be used in matches.

Coached match

The match becomes part of the training: we observe decisions, recurring errors, positioning and management of the different phases of the point.

Competition preparation

Specific situations for tournament players, with conditioned points, pair work and attention to competition management.

Video analysis

When useful, we use video and shot counting to read point development more precisely and identify training priorities.

Tournament coaching

Subject to availability, we can play a tournament together and work on preparation, match play and analysis between matches.

From Ventimiglia and Bordighera to Dolceacqua

Sessions mainly take place on the three outdoor courts in Dolceacqua, with the option to use the two indoor courts in Isolabona. This page gives players on the nearby Italian coast a clear reference: Ventimiglia, Camporosso, Vallecrosia and Bordighera are a natural part of the area around Val Nervia.
